How much is delivery? 

Weekday (business day) deliveries are free. Saturday deliveries are extra but are available in most areas. (See Saturday deliveries below)
Deliveries can be anywhere within New Zealand, but some rural or South Island deliveries may take an extra two business days to arrive because of the location.

What courier company do you use?

We use Courier Post for all shipments from our warehouse. Their website can be found here www.courierpost.co.nz

Most orders are 'shipped direct' from our suppliers here in New Zealand using their chosen courier service.

If the goods are shipped today when will I have them?  

Deliveries are based on a courier run cycle into your area, which is controlled by the courier company. In general, the delivery is made the next business day. With orders shipped from our warehouse your online invoice will show your Courier Post ticket numbers, we can verify the run cycle times by contacting our Courier Post administrator (by email) or you can contact Courier Post directly via the Courier Post website www.courierpost.co.nz.

For ship direct orders, other courier companies are used. Deliveries to major North Island cities should be made over night, Inter-island or rural deliveries may take two to three working days.

Please contact our administration, who will in turn contact our supplier to obtain tracking details.

How will I know that my order is being shipped?

For shipments from our warehouse, your online invoice will be updated to show a courier tracking number, when this update has occurred a 'status change' email will be sent to you. Courier companies update their system every evening so it's best to track your goods online after 7pm.

For orders that are being 'shipped direct' from our supplier, ticket numbers are available on request. Normally by the time we have obtained the numbers from our supplier the order has been delivered. If your goods have not been received within two working days please contact us immediately by email.

Can you deliver to a P.O. box? 

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes.

Can you deliver overseas?

Deliveries can only be made to New Zealand locations.

Can you deliver on Saturdays? 

Yes we can, providing a Saturday delivery is available in your area.
Saturday deliveries are not free and must be arranged in advance. The price can vary from $10 to $100 depending on what is being delivered; waiting an extra 2 days would definitely keep your costs down.
Please contact us for a price and to confirm if a Saturday delivery is available for your area.

What happens if I miss the courier?

Couriers will leave a note asking you to contact them. Once contacted, they will then advise you of their next courier run into your area. If you need it urgently you could always arrange with them to collect from their local depot.

If your order has been sent and 2 days have passed and you still don't have your goods please contact us immediately by email.
