A-RAM ECO series - high-performance memory kits were designed for advanced users wanting to maximize the performance of their systems. DDR2 SDRAMs in FBGA (Fine-pitch BGA) packages on a 240-pin printed circuit board. This DDR2 LONG-DIMM is designed to meet the 800MHz data-rate specification of the JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council) standard. With 1.8V low-voltage application, DDR2 modules can consumpt 50% less power comparing with 2.5V (DDR) power supply on the same operation speed. So it is completely an environment-friendly product. Compare with DDR, DDR2 modules are with higher data bandwidths and enhanced thermal performance. The special feature called On-Die Termination (ODT) is to minimize memory signal reflections at high speeds, thereby improving timing margins. Range of operation frequencies, programmable latencies allow the same device to be useful for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance memory system applications.
