Faulty Goods Return Authorisation Form
(you will need to complete this form if you wish to make a warranty claim)
Standard Warranties
All
items we sell have return-to-base manufacturer warranties.
Return
to Base means the item will need to be returned to Paradigm PCs
for the warranty to be processed, this is generally at your cost.
Alternatively we may suggest the faulty item be returned directly
to the wholesaler to lessen the turnaround time it will take
to have the item replaced/repaired.
Onsite warranties
Products such as monitors or laptops may have an onsite warranty. The warranty
is onsite providing the product is within reasonable distance
from a local service agent. (Usually up to 35KM)
