Payment
1.
What are your methods of payment?
Cash
discounted payments can be made by direct credit or cheque. These
forms of payments qualify for the 3% cash discount as shown on
our website. Payments by credit card or payments on a business
credit account do not qualify for the 3% discount.
Finance for hire purchase or business leasing is also available.
2.
How do I make a payment ?
Payments
can be made by credit card using our secure credit card facility
or by online bank transfer as a direct credit into our business
account (you will need to have this facility set up with your
bank) Cheque payments can be posted to Paradigm PCs Ltd, PO Box
1607, Paraparaumu Beach, Wellington. Direct deposit payments can
be made at any branch of the ASB bank.
3.
When do I need to pay for my order?
Once
your order has been confirmed, payment will need to be made prior
to us shipping the order to you.
4.
Can
I pay on collection of my order?
Due
to the costs involved in providing this service it is no longer
an option. Our prices include free delivery throughout New Zealand.

When
paying by direct credit please make sure you have emailed payments@pp.co.nz
the following information:
1.
Reference used for the deposit: (name used on your invoice)
2. Date of deposit: (xx/xx/xx - the date your made the deposit)
3. Amount deposited: ($xxxx.xx - the amount you deposited)
4. Your invoice number: (PPxxxxxxxxxxxxx -use your invoice number)
5. Bank deposited from: (-name of your bank)
The
key information to provide on your bank deposit reference is either
your invoice number, the name used on the invoice or your email
address. Please try to use a reference that matches to your invoice
so that we can easily identify your payment and process your order
quickly.
Note:
If insufficient information has been provided on your deposit
we may not be able to allocate your payment to your invoice and
clear your order. Please contact us after two days if you have
made payment but your order has not been cleared.
Bank
to bank transfers can sometimes take one full business day to
clear, to speed this process up we suggest you make a deposit
directly into our business account at any branch of the ASB bank.
7.
Payment by
cheque
Cheque's can be made out and mailed to:

Please write your invoice number on the back of your cheque and make sure
you have included a copy of your invoice so we can identify your
order.
Please
email payments@pp.co.nz the following information:
a . Name that the Cheque is under.
b . Date Cheque was sent
c . Amount on Cheque
d . Your invoice number
Then
wait for your confirmation email, which will be sent to you as
soon as we receive your cheque payment into our office.
8.
Payment by Credit Card
Credit
Card details can be submitted when placing your online order through
our shopping cart.
The
limit for Credit Card Processing is $3500.00.
If your order value exceeds $3500.00 alternative methods of payment
can be taken to pay the difference.
We accept American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards only.
Please
do not email your credit card number to us.

Hire
purchase and business leasing finance options are available.Financing
terms can be either 6*, 12, 18*, 24 or 36 months. The minimum
financing amount is $500.00. ((*

are two finance companies to choose from. Flexirent
or Gilrose Finance.

Offers Business leasing

Finance terms 12, 24 and 36 months with the option to purchase
or refinance after your term has ended.

Using Flexirents Add-on system you can upgrade any component providing
the components minimum value is $500.00. I.e. great if your looking
to upgrade your video card or monitor at a later stage.
Steps
to follow
1.
Configure your business workstation / dream PC or choose your
individual components
2.
Request a quote from Paradigm PCs for the items you have selected.
3.
Apply for a rental plan that suits your needs by calling Flexirent
on 0800 444 827, clicking www.flexirent.co.nz
or faxing 09 300 4498.4. Flexirent will determine the criteria
for credit approval. If successful you will be faxed an agreement
to sign.
5.
Flexirent will contact Paradigm PCs and confirm the purchase and
acquire a copy of the quote you were given.
6.
Make your first months payment and pick up your new PC or components
when it is ready.
The
agreement is between Flexirent and you; all finance payments are
made to Flexirent.

Steps
to follow.

2.
Request a quote from Paradigm PCs for the items you have selected.
3.
Contact Gilrose to apply for finance by calling 09 478 7790, clicking
www.gilrose.co.nz
or fax 09 478 1456
4.
Gilrose Finance determines the criteria for credit approval; an
application form will need to be completed and submitted.You
will need to complete the application form and fax or post them
a copy with your quote from Paradigm PCs.
5.
If your application is successful, Gilrose will send you via Paradigm
PCs the agreement and automatic payment form. Once you have completed
these forms, you will need to post these orms directly to Gilrose.
6.
Once all forms are finalised and your financing is approved, Gilrose
will deposit the financed amount into Paradigm PCs bank account.
We then allocate the payment to your invoice and fulfill your
order. All finance payments from this point concerning that order
will be between you and Gilrose Finance.

Please
note the following.
1.
Gilrose Finance will charge a booking fee for every finance order
that is placed and will apply an interest rate calculated from
the total of the Paradigm PCs invoiced amount. (Payable to Gilrose
Finance)
2.
Goods are not released for your order until our administration
has confirmed the invoices payment in full from Gilrose Finance
Ltd.
